International Purchases and Returns
For purchases, exchanges and returns, International customers must cover the shipping charges. opticalneeds.com cannot credit taxes and duties back to customers who are returning items. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain the reimbursement of such fees.
Frame Warranty: Our 12-Month Manufacturers Frame Warranty
All of our frames are covered under a 12 month manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranties are not valid on closeout items.

Manufacturer's warranty covers manufacturer's defects but not damage induced by the wearer or weather conditions such as excessive heat, moisture, breakage, etc.

If your frame qualifies for a warranty return, please call or email our customer service department. Our friendly staff will help you get in touch with the manufacturer's returns department.
Lens warranty
Our 30 Day Lens Guarantee – If you're not 100% satisfied with your prescription lenses, return them within 30 days and we'll remake them at no additional cost to you.

The 30 Day Lens Guarantee covers manufacturing defects, such as peeling coatings. All damage induced by the wearer, such as abuse from rough handling, incorrect cleaning, etc. is not covered under warranty. There is no warranty on sunglass lenses.
Returns Policy/ RMA

We will be happy to exchange any item within 7 days of your receipt of the package. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number before sending an item.
The item must be in its original packaging and condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees both ways. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling, eBay and PayPal fees are non-refundable.

We will replace any manufacturer's defects at no charge to you within 7 days of your receipt of the item.

Manufacturer's defects include:

• structural design
• hinges
• welding points
• colorings

Instructions:

Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Before returning a product, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by emailing us at sales@opticalneeds.com.

All products must be returned exactly as they arrived with instruction booklets, cleaning cloths, and cases when applicable.

The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package and/or on the return shipping label.

Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official RMA number will not be accepted. All Returns/RMA expires within 30 days. We are not responsible for any lost return packages.

International Returns: please be sure to declare the item as "Returned Item Without Value" on the customs form. Otherwise, we will have to charge you for any duties assessed by US Customs.

Returns must be sent prepaid by a trackable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express or the United States Post Office to:
